This September, we will be doing some exercises for our arms and upper body. We will start by releasing the tension in the forearms. Once it starts to loosen up we can start targeting the back muscle of our arm specifically the triceps to enhance its capacity and strength!

Let's start off with a Spikey Ball Forearm Release - this is a great way to loosen and stretch the muscle in the front and back of your forearm to prepare you for the next exercise.

Once you feel loosened up, we can move on to Banded Tricep Extension - this exercise can sculpt and strengthen the back muscle of your arm to keep your arms strong and pain free!
