VIDEOS OF THE MONTH

  • This June, we will be doing some exercises for our upper back and shoulder. We will start by releasing the deep muscles of our shoulders so that it feels less stiff. Once it starts to loosen up we can start strengthening the muscles around our shoulder blade to maintain its mobility and stability!

  • Let's start off with Subscapularis Spikey Ball Release - this is a great way to loosen and release the deep muscle of your shoulder to prepare you for the next exercise.

  • Once you feel loosened up, we can move on to Scapular Push Up - this exercise can strengthen the muscles that move the shoulder blade, specifically your serratus anterior.
